We were looking to add some silk blends to our Chincoteague Collection yarns, and this blend of 50/50 silk and wool is an incredible blend. All our pattern test knitters have agreed- this is one of the softest and most delightful yarns they have knitted with. We are excited to present these two weights of the 50% silk and 50% merino wool blend in our Chincoteague Colors Collections. Mariner is the DK wt and Treasure is fingering wt. There are 430 yds/ 100g skein. The gauge is 6-8 sts/in on size 2-3 needles. Machine washable. Dry flat.
