We were looking to add some silk blends to our Chincoteague Collection yarns, and we found this blend that we fell in love with: 51% cultivated silk, 29% merino wool and 20% sea cell. With the content of sea cell, it seemed natural to call the collection Ocean.The sheen that this blend of fibers has is just incredible. The soft, quiet colors and sheen of the yarn makes it a perfect collection for Chincoteague Colors. 475 yds/100g skein. 6-8 sts/in on size 2-3 needles. Hand wash.
