There are four steps to this felting process - design and cut paper to size, use needle felting to tack roving to paper, saturate piece with water, tumble in dryer.

These kits include 1 hank of standard roving, 2 hanks of pencil roving, 2 barbed needles, 1 sheet of easyfelt paper roughly 12" x 90", one piece of plastic the same size, and artfelt slide show DVD and written instructions.
