Rhinebeck YAY!

Posted by Caroline Hershey

Not a bad trip up, got an early start and Dan did all the driving. I finished two pair socks. TaDa! Had dinner at unexpected restaurant find. Lia’s in Pine Plains. Delicious Italian food.

Looking forward to getting everything set up tomorrow and hopefully not discovering anything strategic that I forgot. That would be cause for happy dance. Can’t wait to show off Tides gradient yarns and rest of the Chincoteague Colors. New models for Wave Action scarf using Surf Silk and Smattering of Lace in fingering wt stole width.

Chincoteague Bay was smooth as glass as we left this morning. Cormorants and egrets were about and we spied several black back stilts in the marsh. The beautiful Glaswort plants were ruined by the high tides.

Testimonials

The yarn I ordered over the net has arrived safely today. I am delighted with the colours & can hardly wait to get knitting. Last year when I was in Germany I purchased some of the Regia brand & was wondering how I would get some more until I found your website.Thank you again for your efficient service.
