We enjoyed a mini show as well as tea & scones this evening
Cathy brought her finished sweater she knitted out of Elsebeth Lavold’s V-Silk yarn. The pattern is also found in Elsebeth’s book, Lazy Days. Cathy made some changes in the pattern which called for the lace pattern on all the sleeve, and she just made an edging of it with stockinette for the remainder.
Laura’s cowl from Bambool by Elsebeth Lavold was a delightful success for her becoming more of a collar than a cowl.
First time socks for Josh and he’s very pleased with the heel flap he has executed using the Magic Loop method.
Kaye showed off her Elizabeth Zimmerman’s Baby Surprise Jacket she had made.
Cathy also showed off her lace shawl she recently finished.
