Albertine Shawl

Posted by Caroline Hershey

The Albertine is a lovely small shawl with picot cast on and cast off. Edging is formed as you knit, no going back to pick up stitches. The yarn is Louisa Harding Pittora, a soft merino yarn that is lovely to work with.

I have a project on the back burner using the Pittora which I hope to get back to soon. It’s the Sencha shawl found on Ravelry.

This is a face off between a gull and crab. See his threatening claw sticking out of the water. Sorry to say, he fought a losing battle.
